Good question. I am going to unhelpfully say "it depends" based off a few recent song articles I have seen. The main claim to notability was that they charted in a country where English is not an official language. Therefore I would expect some discussion regarding the reception of the song using sources from that country. However if it had charted in multiple countries then I would be happy just to have reception cover these
