John Waterstone (c. 1810 - 11 March 1867) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

His mother was Mary Richardson. John and Mary married on 5 June 1800 in Canongate, Edinburgh.[6]
James Waterstone was born on c. 1810.
He married Louisa Wilkinson (born c. 1822), a teacher of music from Edinburgh. They married on 28 July 1858 in Edinburgh.[7]

[edit]He died on 11 March 1867 of tuberculosis.
He was buried on 14 March 1867 in Warriston cemetery, Edinburgh.[8]
