Sheila Cadell (7 July 1905 - 10 December 1949) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
[edit]Her father was Lewis Irving Cadell (8 December 1865 - 24 August 1940), a writer to the signet.
Her mother was Mary Louisa Finlay (born c. 1870) from Edinburgh. Lewis and Mary married on 7 April 1897 in Edinburgh.
Katherine Sheila Cadell was born on 7 July 1905 at 15 Murrayfield Avenue, Edinburgh.[3][4]
She married William Stuart (1896 - 1976), a company director. They married on 6 July 1921 in Edinburgh.

[edit]She died on 10 December 1949 at 2:46pm at the Old Parsonage in Dalkeith.[5]
