Potential Articles
[edit]- Christmas traditions - The information in each broad section is not ordered in a logical manner. Each tradition should be talked about once and lead into the next clearly.
- Approved! This could use some of the organizational edits you suggested.
- Griffin - The "Theories of Origin" section is very wordy and seems out of place at the end of the article. Some other sections could also be shortened and/or reordered to make more sense.
- Good one. Go for it!
- The Fox and the Crow (Aesop) - This article could make better use of sections to organize the information more clearly. Different topics should be set apart from the rest.
- The Fisherman and the Jinni - The summary could be shortened for clarity, especially the inner frame stories. The wording in the summary could be improved.
- The Tortoise and the Hare - The "An ambiguous story" subheading is misleading, especially since it immediately follows the lead. That information should be split up between the story's summary and common interpretations.
- Thanks! I've assigned you your articles on Wiki Edu. Dr.ozkul (talk) 18:22, 11 February 2025 (UTC)
Model Articles
[edit]- Star of Bethlehem - On the talk page, there were a few discussions, but they were brief and pretty respectful. The article's history had a mix of smaller and more substantial edits.
- Tengu - The talk page had several lengthy discussions as editors discussed certain points and gave feedback to each other. There seemed to be some "authority" editors that managed the article and gave advice to other users. Boobrie, Dagr, and Half-elf are other similar models.
- Baa, Baa, Black Sheep - A lot of the talk page discussions centered on some controversies surrounding the song or the different versions people know. The edit history shows some main contributors with others only making minor changes.
