Therme Group is a wellness infrastructure company that operates spa, sauna, and indoor water park complexes in Europe.[1][2][3] It has a location in Bucharest, Romania,[4] and has announced plans for resorts in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.[1][2][3]
In 2024, Therme Group acquired Therme Erding, using a €320 million funding received from Macquarie Capital’s Principal Finance team with its own equity.[5][6]

Therme Manchester - billed as the UK's first "city-based wellbeing resort" - includes swimming pools, slides, warm water lagoons, saunas and gardens. The German-based Therme Group said the development, next to the Trafford Centre, is scheduled to open in 2025.
