"The Days" is a song by British artist Chrystal, released on 1 October 2024 as a single. It went viral on the video sharing app TikTok and became her first charting song, reaching number 4 on the UK Singles Chart in January 2025.[1] The song received additional attention after a remix by British producer Notion.[2]
