The Boulevard (Amman)
The Boulevard is a $300 million mixed-use development that is located in Abdali Project in Amman, Jordan. It consists of a pedestrian strip surrounded by twelve 6 floored buildings. Inaugurated in 2014 by King Abdullah II accompanied by Queen Rania.[1][2]

[edit]The Boulevard consists of a pedestrian strip flanked by twelve buildings, including four office buildings and eight residential ones, comprising 398 studios and apartments managed by Rotana Arjaan.[4][5] Retail outlets, restaurants, and cafes occupy the ground floor, while rooftop spaces are dedicated to health clubs and upscale dining.[6][7]
One of The Boulevard's standout features is the Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana, a luxury hotel offering elegant accommodations and amenities. The hotel includes state-of-the-art conference facilities, world-class dining options, and provides guests with a sophisticated retreat in the heart of Amman.[8]
