The spelling Ahia is probably not the best as no one seems to use it. The spelling Ahiya coupled with Shomron or West Bank brings some google results. The spelling Achia is used on the official Shvut Rachel website. No mention is made on the official Shilo website with which the outpost is, in fact, associated. We need to know the official spelling in English used by the Israeli government and/or by the residents themselves.
