Overall: epicgenius (talk) 02:12, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- epicgenius-I am currently having to juggle some unexpected meatspace priorities along with a FAC.I will try to fix the article as fast as I can but realistically I am not expecting myself to finish anything before 22 February. I will be putting this up for a CE today and will try to finish up the rest after 22 February. Happy Editing — FR™ 11:13, 2 February 2018 (UTC)
- Epicgenius-Could you take a look to see if all your points have been addressed or not. I did not address the copyvio problem as Earwig does not consider it a serious violation and I could not find a better way to summarise those phrases — FR™ 07:43, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Force Radical: I checked that all the major problems have been addressed. Would you prefer ALT1 or the hook you originally proposed? Personally, I think ALT1 is more interesting. epicgenius (talk) 14:02, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
- Epicgenius-Okay. ALT1 then — FR™ 07:24, 19 February 2018 (UTC)
- OK, good to go. epicgenius (talk) 15:40, 19 February 2018 (UTC)
- Coming to promote this, I see several problems. The article mentions that "Initially thought to be from a short circuit from a lift" but the hook does not accurately reflect this and it has no inline citation at the end of the sentence anyway. The source for this paragraph states "The fire began at 2.15 pm on Tuesday. It was brought under control at about 10.30 pm." But this is not what the article says. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:19, 23 February 2018 (UTC)
- Cwmhiraeth-I personally don't see any inconsistencies:The fire was thought to have been started by a short circuit in the lift and later investigation confirmed that it indeed had been started by a short circuit. As for the timing issues: I have updated the article according to the source. There is a small confusion regarding the actual starting time of the fire but some OR revealed that in most newspapers of West Bengal the time at which the fire station is called is used as the time the fire started. As noted in the timeline at the end of the NDTV article the fire started around 1:05 to 2:05. If there are any other outstanding issues I will certainly adress them শুভ দোলযাত্রা — FR™ 07:54, 24 February 2018 (UTC)
- You say "later investigation confirmed that it indeed had been started by a short circuit". I do not see this information in the article and it needs to be there if you want to use this hook.
- The other point concerns the timing of the fire. The source states "The fire began at 2.15 pm on Tuesday. It was brought under control at about 10.30 pm," - that gives the start time as the middle of the day. The article states it started "At around 1:05 to 2:05 IST" - that gives the start time as the middle of the night. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 10:07, 24 February 2018 (UTC)
- Cwmhiraeth-Aplied a quick fix which should put to rest all the problems while I search for the report — Frc Rdl 07:31, 25 February 2018 (UTC) DoneDid not find the report but everything seems okay. Please take a look — Frc Rdl 08:38, 26 February 2018 (UTC)
- OK, good to go. epicgenius (talk) 15:40, 19 February 2018 (UTC)
- Replacing the tick for ALT1 and ALT2 based on Epicgenius' review, now that the problems have been sorted out. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:12, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
- Yoninah- Done-In another article, that being said if you promote it please go with ALT2 — Frc Rdl 07:10, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
- @Force Radical: thanks for the link. I was actually planning to go with ALT1, because that's what the forensic team determined, right? ALT2 seems iffy. Yoninah (talk) 11:56, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
- Yoninah-It's the same in any case. Your correct let's go with the more factual one — Frc Rdl 13:35, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
