Not eligible; it isn't new or 5x expanded, and it was made a GA back in October 2017 and an FA back in December.

Elcor, Minnesota

[edit]
  • ... that ...? that the name Elcor, Minnesota was chosen by combining the name of two nearby mines to avoid confusion between post offices with another town in Minnesota?

  • @DrGregMN: I'm sorry, but recent FA promotions are not eligible for DYK since that is not a newness criterion. I am very impressed that this has passed FA standards and that this will be a Today's Featured Article soon. The fact that this article will be a TFA means that there will be many more readers than for a DYK, so don't take this harshly. epicgenius (talk) 19:13, 19 February 2018 (UTC)
