Instead of typing
{{age in years, months, weeks and days |year1=2000|month1=1|day1=1 |year2=2005|month2=2|day2=19}}
to get "5 years, 1 month, 2 weeks and 4 days", you can simply type
{{age-ymwd |2000|1|1 |2005|2|19}},
which gives the same result: "5 years, 1 month, 2 weeks and 4 days".
