The following are the codes for the teams in the Atlantic Division:
- BOS – Boston Bruins
- BUF - Buffalo Sabres
- DET - Detroit Red Wings
- FLA - Florida Panthers
- MTL - Montreal Canadiens
- OTT - Ottawa Senators
- TBL - Tampa Bay Lightning
- TOR - Toronto Maple Leafs
