Against merger

I do not think the general election and presidential election articles should be merged. Although they were held on the same day, the parliament and president are different governmental institutions. It is also possible that in the future, they may be held on differing dates if the parliament is dissolved. Number 57 17:00, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
