Adding references

In response to concerns expressed by a colleague about the promotional spin of the article, I have now edited the article and toned down many of the promotional aspects. In addition I have added references from renowned pan-Arab publications like Al-Hayat, Asharq Al-Awsat, noteworthy economic publications etc to save the article which now I believe can stand notability and encyclopedic concise presentation and tone. werldwayd (talk) 20:24, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
