The article has no source for the ten recommendations. The WCD report includes 26 guidelines grouped in 7 strategic priorities. It does not make ten recommendations as shown in the current version of the article. Some of the recommendations in the current version of the article seem to be different from the WCD guidelines. Some of the WCD's findings ought to be mentioned. e.g. the finding that 40-80 million people were displaced by large dams in the 20th century, about the population of a large European country... (sourced from the 2008 documentary film "Flow: for the Love of Water" 48:28)
