Clean-up for tone

On this date an anonymous editor placed a comment in the body of the article. That comment stated the opinion that the article was blatant self-promotion. I agree with the comment and removed it and placed a clean-up tag on the article. The article needs to be re-written in a neutral, more encyclopedic tone.
