Which bunker?

[edit]

The statement in the article, "[t]his conversation took place in the same bunker in which Stauffenberg left a bomb in an attempt to assassinate Hitler sixteen months later", is inconsistent with the facts. The asassination attempt took place in a temporary building used in mid 1944 while more substantial bunkers were being built (which is why Hitler survived). This temporary building (as far as I know) did not exist in Jan 1943, or at least would not have been in use, when Behr met Hitler. 1812ahill (talk) 15:41, 5 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The source for this statement was Stalingrad by Antony Beevor p. 343: "Behr finally reached the Wolfsschanze in the early evening. His belt and pistol were taken from him at the guardroom. From there, he was escorted to the operations room, where eighteen months later Stauffenberg brought the briefcase filled with explosives." However, Beevor provides no source for this statement, and I agree that it is problematic given the temporary nature of the building in which the assassination attempt took place. Anyway the point seems at best incidental to Behr's life story, so accordingly I have deleted it. Felix116 (talk) 22:40, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality

[edit]

For what reason is the neutrality of the article under dispute? --41.151.252.143 (talk) 14:13, 23 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
