Fair use rationale for Image:WindTLC.gif
[edit]Image:WindTLC.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Wind (Italy) → Wind Telecomunicazioni – The page should be moved to Wind Telecomunicazioni (full company name) to remove the disambiguation brackets. InterComMan (talk) 13:42, 20 January 2025 (UTC) — Relisting. cyberdog958Talk 07:25, 28 January 2025 (UTC)
- Oppose per the preference given to English sources when establishing COMMONNAME. TiggerJay (talk) 07:34, 26 January 2025 (UTC)
- Agree, the sources actually always call it by its full name, I think, and in any case I think it's more appropriate.--31.156.210.214 (talk) 18:47, 26 January 2025 (UTC)
- Support per WP:NATURAL. Zacwill (talk) 15:36, 28 January 2025 (UTC)
- Support. Quite frankly, I think the title with the current disambiguator remains ambiguous, because it sounds like it refers to the wind as an atmospheric phenomenon in Italy, or perhaps to an Italian wind instrument. BD2412 T 01:54, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
- Agree/Support, the naming convention of slapping the country it's located in doesn't help with clarification. It literally still takes extra seconds to read the lead and identify that it's a company located in Italy, and not some other thing in Italy. I'll go one step further and say that including (Italy) instead makes it even more unclear than just saying (Company) or something else.
Even the tree at Wind Telecom indicates that this subsidiary is called Wind Telecomunicazioni. Create a template (talk) 00:59, 30 January 2025 (UTC)
