WTF?
[edit]Is it just me or does the opening statement of this article really point out that the subject of the article is gay 3 times? I highly doubt that this is encyclopedic. I'm going to check the history of this page and get back to you. Icj tlc 20:42, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
Vandalism and POV
[edit]The vandalism and POV on this page have been shamefull. Lets try to keep this one clean. Thanks to those who edited it back into shape. --Skeenbr0 04:17, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
Homosexuality
[edit]The fact that Percy was gay should be mentioned at least once, especially seeing as how he has been correctly classified as a Uranian poet. I have included this. Algabal 18:40, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
- I don't understand why previous editors have removed any reference to Percy's homosexuality without giving any explanation in the Discussion page. I restored a brief paragraph on this subject (which I did not write) from an earlier version. If you want to remove it, would you please discuss it here first? Thank you! 207.68.243.40 (talk) 22:58, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
Slaves?
[edit]Per a Weather Channel documentary, 2008, this William_Alexander_Percy had held slaves during the 1927 flood.
