[edit]Paragraph states it was a joint stock company, ref 3 shows change of status to limited liability . Hard to search on the iPad when it's bed time. --Dave Rave (talk) 09:18, 10 August 2014 (UTC)
- Joint stock companys are conventionally also limited liability companies. Somewhere I have the book "The Brief History of the Launceston Western Railway 1867-1904". If I can find it I'll see what I can add to the article - Peripitus (Talk) 10:27, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
- More than just in name, that third ref is an act of parliament to cover the change --Dave Rave (talk) 10:50, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
