What needs to be cleaned up??

A {{cleanup-reorganize}} was added, but I don't quite understand the issue. Can someone elaborate? I do know that the article is just a stub based on NCES data, but would appreciate organization suggestions.

BTW, I am thinking about adding a lot of stub articles for US school districts and am looking for a good format to use. I had thought this was a decent format... I'll bring this up at WikiProject Schools as the time gets nearer.--Arg342 (talk) 13:54, 9 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
