I recently moved this article to Birmingham Outer Circle bus route. Another editor immediately moved it back to West Midlands bus route 11, with the edit summary "Move back to standard naming. Discuss controversial moves first". How is this "standard", and how is the Birmingham version "controversial"? The route followed by #11 buses is the Birmingham Outer Circle, and it is by this name that the service is known. I've never, ever, heard it referred to as the "West Midlands bus route 11". Oppose move - Countrywide there is an unwritten standard of naming bus route articles in the form of "<County> bus route <number>", this move would go against that standard. The article is about the bus route numbered 11, which happens to be also known as the outer circle. The redirect does the job just fine. A38(M) motorway is probably more commonly refered to as the Aston Expressway, but we don't go moving that article, again, there is a redirect to serve that purpose.
