COI link/question

I have an article about Walker Valley High that may be relevant to dicussion of the school, located at [1]. Posting it as an external link myself has been interpreted as a conflict of interest. When a named "LearningFirst*" adds external links to a Learning First Alliance website to several articles, an apparent conflict of interest is hard to miss.
