Spelling Context
[edit]A search & correct mission on misspellings of the word succeed found this entry but it is obviously from the Italian language rather than English so I have no way of evaluating it. In any event, the line was Cosa succede in città - I will leave it to those literate in Italian to evaluate the correctness of the spelling. This is also a note to any who pursue a later search & correct mission on this word. Longshot14 05:41, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
it's right.213.140.22.72 18:49, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
it is spelled correctly
to succeed is to ""come after/inherit"..succede in italian is the present form of "to happen".. the title meaning what is happening in town/in the city..
content doubt
[edit]on another note..the final sentence in the entry seems a bit too ironic not to be a bit of a personal dig at the singer. "Following this a lot of people actually asked him when he "started" to be a rockstar, since his work is always deemed as poor in quality. No answer was given." yes, on forums and news blogs some people (mostly "enemy fans" or critics/non-fans with some kind of a bone to pick with journalists or indeed the singer) did joke that he never was a rock-star (which is highly debatable and subjective to personal taste)..but to report it on a wikipedia entry is paramount to putting a list of Michael Jackson jokes on his entry. funny but not informative nor relevant to the entry itself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.17.205.236 (talk) 10:19, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
Famous housewife?
[edit]I'm not familiar with the subject, but what is a "famous housewife", referring to Mr. Rossi's mother? Snowolf How can I help? 02:24, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
Heroin Addiction
[edit]I'm pritty sure its well documented that Vasco was/is a heroin addict or had issues with heroin in the past. This is significant and well known in Italy and by Italians so I think it warrants being mentioned.
Vasco was arrested in the 80's for a few month for drugs... i don't remember wich type of drugs, heroine maybe.
Sorry for the bad english :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.18.58.100 (talk) 10:40, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

"has written over 130 songs"
[edit]Vasco Rossi is a 59-year old singer-songwriter: what makes the above statement remarkable enough to put in the artcle's lead as it's not a particularly inpressive average? Kmitch87 (talk) 05:04, 3 March 2011 (UTC)
