It is a colloquial nickname. Some Estonian men named Uno are sometimes referred to like this: Uno Piir becomes Piiri Unn, Uno Vunk [et] becomes Vungi Unn, and Uno Loop becomes Loobi Unn. But this is not widespread and is very informal. I see maybe one or two people calling Uno Loop like this on forums. No idea why this ISP editor is insistent that it be in the article.
