[edit]Most of the content of this article was contributed by user User:Vkalomoh, a name similar to that of the subject of the article. I have not had time to do any verification. Peter Chastain (talk) 06:28, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
- A very quick Google search gets a lot of authentic-looking hits about his activities in the Namibian foreign service. Peter Chastain (talk) 06:33, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
I was the highschool teacher at St Mary's Odibo at the time of that first demonstration at Ondangua
[edit]I've edited it because when they got back from the demonstration, our Odibo students told me all about it, and I'm sure that if there were "SWAPO leaders" present they would have said so. It was entirely a youth-led event. Some of those involved, such as Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, became SWAPO leaders later on.
I also changed the date, from July 1971 to August 4th. I'm not 100% sure of the exact date, and would love it if someone does know the exact date, but I do know it was in early August.
