Lead sentence is unclear

[edit]

I literally don't understand the clause "...and rights to gender recognition..." in the first sentence. What is the intent here? Can someone redo this? Mathglot (talk) 05:13, 13 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Title unclear

[edit]

"...Transgender rights in the Republic of Ireland have evolved dramatically over time."... I don't know what this means. The Gender Recognition Act of 2015 doesn't have anything explicitly to do with trans people or gender. There is no basis of the concept of gender in irish law. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aerchasúr (talkcontribs) 22:05, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
