Parents?
[edit]How strange that we should be told who one pair of his grandparents is, but not who his parents are. 109.153.242.99 (talk) 18:45, 3 July 2016 (UTC)
I have added the name of his father: Walter F Kibble (from the times obituary cited in the references). W. F. Kibble is famous for the Kibble-Slepian identity, which is a generalization of Mehler's identity to several variables, where it becomes the heat-kernel for the higher dimensional harmonic oscillator.
Career
[edit]There's more info about his professional career in Who's Who, such as where he lectured at what academic rank and in what years. This section should probably immediately follow his personal life, then the section on his scholarship to follow. Solipsism 101 (talk) 20:17, 6 August 2021 (UTC)
