IMDb as a source
[edit]As most of the content on IMDb is user created (similar to Wikipedia, but without citing sources), IMDb is not a reliable source. The only clear exception to this is for some writing credits. A fair number of editors (myself included) will accept IMDb as a source for cast and crew of released films. SummerPhD (talk) 16:39, 12 May 2009 (UTC)
- What about Yahoo! Movies? [1] MTLskyline (talk) 17:18, 12 May 2009 (UTC)
- CBS website gives the same info about Kang as well except for year of birth. [2] MTLskyline (talk) 17:20, 12 May 2009 (UTC)
Vandalism Reverts on June 20
[edit]I just reverted a string of vandalism. I'm not certain if the last statement I removed is accurate. It stated, "He is currently married however recent rumours suggest he is a possible homosexual." If this is a correct statement, please feel free to add, but only if you can provide sources. Happy editing. Qwyrxian (talk) 21:49, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
Harvard University degree
[edit]Harvard University does not award a Master of Fine Arts. Mr. Kang is considered a Harvard alumnus for some purposes as a result of his completion of the Institute for Advanced Theater Training program. The program is a joint venture of the American Repertory Theater, which is based at Harvard, and the Moscow Theater Arts School in Russia. The MFA is awarded by the latter institution and the successful participant also receives a certificate of completion from Harvard.
