This Thing of Ours → This Thing of Ours (film) – "This Thing of Ours", as is indicated by the topic of this film, translates to Cosa Nostra, which refers to the Sicilian Mafia. This Thing of Ours should therefore redirect to Sicilian Mafia while this minor film should be relegated to This Thing of Ours (film). Both mafia articles are viewed far more than the alternatives. And note that when you type 'this thing of ours' into the search bar on WP, "This Thing of Ours" and "This Thing of Ours (album)" are the only options. In any case, most WP users do not differentiate between capitalizations like an editor would, and having two results when searching "this thing of ours" is more likely going to send people to a page about a movie they had never heard of and not their intended target. Furthermore, 'This Thing of Ours' refers to a specific thing, ie the mafia, and it is not immediately clear to me that capitalization would not be used when using that euphemism. The pageviews of American Mafia and Sicilian Mafia are irrelevant because neither one would ever be titled "This Thing of Ours" and virtually no one is searching for those articles that way, as can be seen by almost non-existent pageviews for this thing of ours.
