This artist has performed at the Tate as part of an ensemble, but that's not the equivalent of an exhibition at the Tate. Unless further sources can be found to show more notability than that, the notability tag should remain. Likewise, this article needs cleaning up, format-wise. OK, the clean-up is fine. Still not great, but it'll do for now. But the notability of Adams is still questionable. Unless more significant sources can be found, I think this needs to be tagged as such.
