Remove list of past acts

I can't see any point of having a long and completely uncited list of past acts, that is wide open to mistakes or the introduction of deliberate errors. Unless someone can propose a solid argument to the contrary, I am going to remove the section altogether or whittle it down to a handful returned to me in a quick google, that can be cited.
