Comment

[edit]

I think the link that was previously here is of value. It gives an insight into the way events like this are covered but also, if you read it, contains a lot of useful information about the campaign itself. So I'm going to bring it back. --Horses In The Sky 12:10, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV

[edit]

To be considered neutral, this page needs a critic point of view and links to weigh up that bashing of the LA times article.Itake 20:20, 27 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Am I the only one who sees that EVERY link out is to a radical/Communist/sympathetic 'news'group? We've got the Commies 'n Radicals writing this page, it seems, and that's fine, but could someone without a pony in this fight PLEASE do some research and clean up this rosy little article?

If you've got any criticism from a reputable source, please feel free to add it. Anything from the National Review, for instance, would be perfectly acceptable for conservative criticism.

Looking around trying to find OR to add isn't okay, though. A page doesn't 'need' a critical point of view unless a media source/research group HAS one that they've published. If you can find one and source it please feel free to add it, but please refrain from adding random criticism just because you don't like the group that's the subject of the article. 76.18.140.105 18:28, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

More information in Spanish article

[edit]

Just to say that there's more information in the Spanish article, if anyone wants to translate. Thanks, Drum guy (talk) 19:33, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Needs updating

[edit]

This article fairly obviously hasn't been updated for some time. For instance:

"The second stage, set to begin in 2007..."

What's happened since? WikiReaderer (talk) 02:57, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thinking about updating this. It's hard to find good English sources from typical reliable sources. Narconews (not terribly reliable, but not terribly unreliable, either) has quite an archive, though. Can find a bunch of stuff here Xavexgoem (talk) 03:11, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
