Mandelay vs. Mandalay
[edit]Brisby's manservant is named after the song off Flow, so it should be (mis)spelled "Mandelay" as on the Foetus album. Jackson Publick confirmed this on his LiveJournal in 2004. (Unfortunately, LJ won't allow non-members to browse back that far, but non-members can see this blog post for evidence.) -- Rynne 14:18, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
Sin City Reference
[edit]Brock gets pulled out of a tar pit in a scene reminiscent of a scene involving Dwight and Miho from Sin City. Shouldn't that be mentioned under "Cultural References"?
No
[edit]Sin City came out in April of 2005. This episode originally aired in August of 2004. References might be to the graphic novel but it seems unlikely. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.183.76.53 (talk) 05:13, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
Mr. Brisby's appearence
[edit]Is it justme, or does Mr. Brisby bear an uncanny resemblence to Gary Oldman's portrayal of Mason Verger in Hannibal? Both characters have a fixed facial expression (although Brisby's case appears to be a result of facial nerve paralysis instead of severe self-mutilation), required the use of a wheelchair for movement, held significant wealth, and even seemed to have similar sounding voices. Where this may just be coincedental, does anyone think that these similarities should be mentioned in the article? 66.24.227.23 03:17, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:VB104.jpg
[edit]Image:VB104.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
