Fair use rationale for Image:Hulkplaystationbox.jpg

Image:Hulkplaystationbox.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. • "game is based on" weird read to me. Do you mean "The game involves guiding the Incredible Hulk through a series..."?
• "offensive and defensive maneuvers" to what end? You haven't mentioned any "enemies"?
• "with the Pantheon to" who is he?
• "dimensional field" in a field?
• "offensive and defensive maneuvers" against whom?
• "An example of gameplay in The Incredible Hulk: The Pantheon Saga." no need for the full stop.
• Definitely need an explanation as to who the Pantheon are, it's not even obvious that it's an organisation without clicking on the link.
• Doesn't plot normally come before gameplay? Better to understand what's going on before how it's going on?

• Who or what is "the Maestro"? I assume it's not this Maestro...?
• "developed by Attention to Detail and " might be nice to note they were a British company.
• "from the comics" should be phrased to include Marvel Comics.
• Question for me more than anything, how did the graphics designed on the SG workstations get "translated" to less powerful platforms like the PS?
