Can anyone verify whether Terry is actually born in Singapore or Penang? I understand that all four sources cited stated Singapore as his birthplace, however I think this could've been an error on the sources' part as numerous news outlets have cited that Terry was born in Penang, including Singapore's own The Straits Times and Today Online. 2001:448A:20B1:43B0:5130:7104:55F9:17CD (talk) 09:32, 22 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
He was born in Singapore. Terry himself clarified it in a Youtube interview posted by Tan Boon Hiong, an ex-Malaysia Badminton player. The video can be found here [1]. In the opening of the video, Terry mentioned that he was born in Singapore but went back to Penang at a very young age to study there. Sooliang (talk) 04:51, 28 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
