Digicel mobile numbers are in the format 7xxx xxxx
B-Mobile mobile numbers are in the format 6xx xxxx
Greencom format unknown, not implemented yet.

I am presently residing in Madang, Papua New Guinea. I can tell you all local landline telephone numbers are 422-xxxx. I believe the information listed here was formerly correct (I have seen old signs giving business phone numbers) but is now out of date. I don't have any more information than that.
