Question
[edit]Could this be the village mentioned by Al-Muqaddasi, called Ta'asir, as a place equally far from Nablus and Beisan? See le Strange p. 540. From my maps it looks like it, are there any other candidates? Huldra (talk) 20:27, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
- That sounds about right. We should go ahead and add that bit into this article. --Al Ameer son (talk) 21:24, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
- Ok, done, Huldra (talk) 21:41, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
- Don't forget that Le Strange has a map. You probably have it in a separate file (ask if you don't). Ta'asir is shown in the correct place. Zerotalk 22:09, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
- lol, I had forgotten, and yes I have the file.... I even have the 1890 -book. (Bought it ages ago, before it became available on archive.org ), Cheers, Huldra (talk) 22:19, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
