Foundation date of Swavesey Priory
[edit]Alan Rufus sent a letter to his father Count Eudon, seeking approval for foundation of Swavesey Priory. At the time, Eudon was travelling west through Normandy after a visit to Beauvais in Picardy where he had property.
Eudon died on 7 January 1079, so Swavesey Priory was founded before this date. Zoetropo (talk) 06:58, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
