Due to the lack of reliable sources for either year, I've removed both pending verification. I suspect that 1973 is probably correct, since the article started out with a "based on age in a source" guesstimate of 1974, and was changed to 1973 later on by an anonymous IP who might know Del Duca personally — the problem with assuming a birth year based on age, as always, hinges on whether his birthday falls before or after the date on which the source giving his age was published: if his birthday in the year of the source had already happened, then the birth year would be 1974, and if it was still upcoming then the birth year would be 1973. But we need a reliable source, not an assertion of personal knowledge, to include a person's private life details in the article. Bearcat (talk) 23:00, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Most politicians who have had significant controversies often have a Controversies section on their bio page, or at least a mention of it on their page. This politician page seems to be written by a Liberal strategist/campaign manager. Significant events in this person's career should be included on this page, which include Del Duca's personal pool construction without permits (as it yields 1,150 search results news articles via Google), and also his influence over the Kirby Go Station (less well-known, reported on in 193 article). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2607:FEA8:11DE:C400:9436:88E1:304C:6C7E (talk) 22:47, 6 August 2021 (UTC)
