[edit]This should not be deleted, I'm working on the article. And their debut single just debuted on the chart, so they have notability enough to warrant an article. CloversMallRat (talk) 20:16, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Do not delete the individual biographies please.
[edit]The reason this band is already so popular is because of the history of each of the members. Their individual stories are as important as their collective story. Thanks.

- Unless the individual members have made a name for themselves outside of their involvement in Stealing Angels, they do not meet the criteria for inclusion, even though their band may. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 19:13, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
- Exactly. The info that you continue to add just doesn't belong on this article. CloversMallRat (talk) 22:54, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
- Also, the info being added is a WP:COPYVIO. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 02:55, 23 September 2010 (UTC)

Actually, I am attending college currently studying copyright law, and I have committed no copyright infringement. I have full rights to those biographies. I follow the group closely, and the information does belong in this article. Jtoews12 (talk) 03:27, 23 September 2010 (UTC)
- Either way, it is very promotional and violates WP:NPOV. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 04:36, 23 September 2010 (UTC)
I edited it after the first time it was taken down to make it more neutral. What can I do to make further neutral? If you need a copy, I have it on file and would be happy to send it to you. Thanks.Jtoews12 (talk) 08:44, 23 September 2010 (UTC)
- The main problem, IMHO, is that this is an article for the band Stealing Angels, not for each individual member. The biography info you keep adding doesn't belong on this page, but at the same time, the members are not necessarily notable enough for their own separate pages, either. CloversMallRat (talk) 19:59, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
Why not just write seperate biographies for the individual players? As members of this band, and as second generation descendants of legendary American pop icons, I'm sure that, at the very least, Jennifer Wayne and Tayla Lynn are notable enough to warrant their own biographical articles. - You assert that you have "full rights" to the material. If you so you must verify that with [OTRS] immediately. JodyB talk 16:41, 7 October 2010 (UTC)
Daniel Boone
[edit]One of the members "claims" to be a descendant of Daniel Boone. I think an assertion of this claim should be cited to somewhere that isn't a PR vehicle for the band(or getting their information from there or here). If none can be found, I believe it should be left with the wording to the effect that she claims this, not that she is indeed this. I can claim to be descended from Genghis Khan and put it on my personal website, but I wouldn't expect anyone to believe it without a reliable secondary or tertiary source. Heiro 21:18, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
- The Country Weekly source and this both verify that she is indeed descended from Boone. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 21:33, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
- Cool, works for me then, just wanted to make sure we were accurately reporting on the situation and not becoming part of the PR machine. Heiro 21:37, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
