Cast

[edit]

Someone recently added Jeffrey Epstein to the cast of this movie. As there was no supporting evidence of this that I could find anywhere online I removed him from the cast list. It was placed the day after his suicide was announced, which makes it seem likely that someone was just trolling the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:446:C201:2463:4835:30EA:DA86:DB9 (talk) 00:17, 14 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Plot

[edit]

Can we semi-protect the page on account of the vandalism of the plot summary? I keep seeing stuff such as "priest traitor", "magical terrorist", "wizard Nazi", "oni lowlife", and "warfare" being mentioned nearly half the time I visit the page. So can someone please correct the plot summary and semi-protect the page? Thanks! --Ryanasaurus0077 (talk) 22:36, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Relation to previous films in series

[edit]

It would be helpful if this article addressed how, if at all, this film's characters, plot, continuity, etc. follow from those of the previous films. Robert K S (talk) 19:49, 16 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File:SpyKids4DPoster.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion

[edit]
An image used in this article, File:SpyKids4DPoster.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

So we're not even allowed to use an official poster in the articles? I got nothing to add to that. BlazeTheMovieFan (talk) 22:40, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It is non-free, as are most commercial movie posters, so just upload as a non-free movie poster to Wikipedia using the upload wizard. Don't upload it to Commons. This is actually a very easy, relaxed, and comfortable process, once one is accustomed to the lingo. That notice above bears rewriting for clarity. Sorry for the agita. --Lexein (talk) 10:21, 23 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Note

[edit]

The note is an interesting side note about ownership of distribution rights, and should not be deleted. It might go better in the prose, but I'm not going to pick that fight. What I am going to do is keep it from being deleted as sourced content. --Lexein (talk) 10:23, 23 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Stand-alone sequel blather

[edit]

In this edit I removed content submitted by 97.95.13.3 that claims [The film] serves as both a stand-alone sequel to 2003's Game Over and as a soft-reboot of the franchise. The IP editor also submitted this content here, which was reverted. I'd like to see references that make these assertions instead of Wikipedia editors making them. why isn't the Reception of the smell included in the Reception section

[edit]

I was reminiscing about my childhood when I remember this movie existed and decided to look it up I was shocked that the most notable/memorable thing about this series has been left out of this Wikipedia article the reception of the smell. the one thing that anyone who saw this film would remember is the shitty smells used for the "Aroma-scope". I thought well if it's not on Wikipedia I must be miss remembering so I google it but no I was right. here's an article talking about it from vulture[1]. just google spy kids 4 "smell" and you will see many news outlets reporting on how shitty it was. even to this day the smell is one of the few things the series is remembered for google spy kids 4 on youtube and you will see a couple of videos talking about the series and within a couple of minutes, they will mention the smell. point is please add the smell to the reception section.142.126.105.216 (talk) 23:31, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
