Proposed merge with Thoracic vertebrae
[edit]I have proposed this merge because I feel it is disjointed and fragmented to have this information displayed on separate pages. The vertebrae have the same function, roughly the same function, and clinical syndromes overlap, so it would be better to display the information on a single page whereby the information can be given context, compared and contrasted. --LT910001 (talk) 22:44, 1 January 2014 (UTC)
- All vertebrae are spinal - this should be merged with Human vertebral column and the cervical/thoracic/lumbar/sacral allowed to stand. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 21:33, 14 June 2014 (UTC)
- Agree with Cas Liber. Think the page is wrongly named. A page for vertebra in general is needed with anything specific to human vertebra going into human vertebral column, and separate articles on cervical, thoracic etc being kept. Iztwoz (talk) 10:38, 21 June 2014 (UTC)
Why the entry name
[edit]I wondered why the entry is named Spinal vertebrae - there are no other vertebrae in the body, and if vertebra is entered there is nothing there not even a redirect to Spinal vertebrae. Something needing sorting, surely. Iztwoz (talk) 16:29, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
Proposed merge with Human vertebral column
[edit]This page is a duplication of content on the Human vertebral column page. There is no need at all for this separation also it makes for confusion - quite a few related stubs could easily be merged to Vertebra (anatomy) if this page was to go back to the Human vertebral column.
