GNIS doesn't appear to be working right this moment, and I don't feel like expending the additional effort to look this up the old-fashioned way. Basically, this article as written provides so little information, I couldn't reasonably determine whether the river is in the City and Borough of Juneau or the Petersburg Borough (or possibly even both).
