Lead image - Pavol Janík
Lead images should reflect the entire article (MOS:LEADIMAGE), not just 1 specific modern author or organization. The article covers the entire Slovak literature of all time periods, and a single modern author cannot possibly represent this diverse content - I have removed the recently added image of Pavol Janík accordingly.
