Lead
[edit]-Mention her game series was made by Konami
-This has earned her the nickname the "Last Boss of Dating Sims". Very unclear, specify that this is among fans of the series.
Appearances
[edit]-Any more information on the idol part? It seems odd that it only covers the first appearance and nothing else.
- I had some difficulty finding more than what's here. - Cukie Gherkin (talk) 18:00, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
Concept and creation
[edit]-Looks good
Reception
[edit]-"Shiori's debut single "Oshiete Mr. Sky"," Is this as a virtual idol?
- Yes, to my understanding her music is Shiori as a virtual idol as a rule.
-"Mami Kingetsu's CD debut of Shiori was a particularly exciting moment for Chi Bi" This seems largely unassociated with the points surrounding it regarding Shiori's role in the dating sim.
- Rearranged
-Is an academic textbook really a reliable source? This seems mostly for educational purposes for academic institutions, and to my knowledge these don't tend to be usable sources for articles.
- I would say so; I would argue that such a thing would be even more reliable, given that the author is an SME, and that the things it covers are not indiscriminate. In this case, Shiori is not evoked in something directly related to herself, Tokimeki, or even romance games, but in a book about language learning. That said, I'm going to remove it, because I realized 1. it was miscited; 2. the Pollack content is actually from the New York Times; and 3. the discussion of Shiori by Williams discussed the game and its developers more than Shiori itself.
Overall
[edit]-@Cukie Gherkin: Not a requirement, but I'd suggest using the sources on the talk page to bolster the current article's coverage. This will help with its depth of coverage. Overall looking decent, let me know if you need any clarification.
- Sorry, Thanksgiving. It might take a bit to get all the sources situated, since I need to be able to figure out what those darn magazines say. - Cukie Gherkin (talk) 17:44, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Pokelego999: Addressed everything, I believe. - Cukie Gherkin (talk) 18:00, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Cukie Gherkin Spotcheck. Reviewed sources 1, 8, 11, and 15. Looks good, but please include the page number on 11. Once that's done I will pass this. Has one ever considered Magneton? Pokelego999 (talk) 18:49, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
- It should be there? Citation 11 says pages 21-25. - Cukie Gherkin (talk) 10:38, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
