James Bond Volcano?

As has been noted several times in the press Shinmoedake was the volcano used for the exterior shots of the villans base in You Only Live Twice.

Shinmoedake vs Shinmoe-dake

I notice that all instances of the name in the body of the article have been changed to "Shinmoe-dake". Should the name of the article also be changed?

Can anyone explain why the spelling in the article was changed recently? This will help understanding of whether the article's name should be changed. Thanks, —fudoreaper (talk) 03:06, 23 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
