Keep it within the NPOV policy

I understand this article was created by a Filipino but please keep it within the NPOV policy and don't make it like a mouthpiece for the Philippines. STSC (talk) 02:49, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

ITLOS involvement

This edit caught my eye. " "The Philippines legal team has called a Chinese offer to withdraw from the shoal insufficient" there, in particular, caught me flatfooted as I didn't see information about such an offer or about ongoing bilateral negotiations elsewhere in the article. Backing off a bit, the whole Reaction from other parties section seemed to me not to fit well as written.

Here, I have boldly rewritten that section and retitled it ITLOS involvement. Please discuss or improve as needed. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 03:34, 27 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
