I have reviewed the definition of a 'stub' article. I believe I have helped this article exceed the requirements necessary to 'un-stub' this article:

The article is in at least one (and usually only one) arthropod category. This article is of minor to this project, but it covers a highly specific area of knowledge or an obscure piece of trivia. (eg. obscure arthropod species) The article has a decent amount of content, but it may be weak in certain areas (remarks should clarify where). At this point, I don't know how to remove the stub template or else I would do so. I have been making small fixes on the spot. I created the article (not really important relative to it current quality and importance scales.)

I tend to disagree @Bfpage. There is a good deal of peer-reviewed literature on this species and the page incorporates little of it. I also don't think we should be too hasty to graduate articles to Start since being a Stub draws attention for other users to put some serious effort in. I also use this as an assignment for my entomology class and the Stub tag is a good indicator of a species that needs work. Kevin Judge 17:09, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
