As I just started this, it's pretty much just an introduction so far. Over the next few weeks I hope to have something like the following up.
Bering Expeditions - Pretty obvious start, with Fyodorov's sailing in between the two.
Promyshlenniki era - I don't have a good idea what to call it, but the period after the Great Northern Expedition to the Ukase of 1799. The Aleutians were mapped out during this period for instance.
RAC period - The coast was fairly well known by this point, so perhaps this would mostly be the interior explorations?
I know it's typical for people to make drafts before publishing it, but I was hoping to draw some interested people to help out. There are a few source books I have, but sadly I fear it isn't enough to make an adequate article.Voltaire's Vaquero (talk) 20:51, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
